Which is the best gaming monitor for around 200€

I am looking to buy a gaming monitor since I got a new pc but my monitor is as old as the bible, Im not that much into monitors so I don't have much understating on what and how to pick, my pc specs are r5 5600x, rtx 3070, 16gb ram, I play mostly FPS games like cs2 and my fps goes to waste with my 60hz monitor, my budget is about 200€.
