Staying at home vs moving out.

I have an offer for Leicester medicine (where i live), Hull York and waiting on Manchester/UCL responses. Manchester and UCL are the better universities than Leicester however looking into the numbers I would be saving a massive amount living at home and taking no maintenance loan. Considering that Medicine is pretty similar regardless of uni, would it not be the best decision to go to Leicester even if moving out/independence may seem nice from the other unis or am I forgetting to consider something.
