ntu chem and biochem admissions

hello! wanted to ask whether a very good portfolio related to sciences is needed for this course (55rp). wanted to pursue other courses but i didn;t manage to meet their minimum requirements.

i am just below the cutoff by 0.56rp, with a C for both chem and math and my portfolio doesn't include sciences at all. a lot more community service, sg affairs and leadership though. may ask my chemistry tutor to help with referee letter. will it be hard to get in?
