Where can I get a Copper IUD?

Hi! 5 months postpartum. Currently on the pill (Daphne), and I keep forgetting to take my pill. Also breastfeeding. Asked my OB kung ano ang pwede pang contraceptive for me since I don't want my milk supply to dip. She recommended a Copper IUD since I also do not want to gain weight.

Where can I get one aside from my OB? (Mahal siya maningil— didn't bother to ask her na since I just sent her a msg on Viber but I am planning to switch OBs, so di ko option talaga kumuha sakanya). No idea where, how much. Free ba sa health centers? Meeron bang facilities na pwedeng i-cover ng Philhealth?
