Can anybody relate to my symptoms?

Hello, 27 Male here.

On 20th January, 2026 I overindulged myself with Alcohol (Jagermiester). I cannot forget that night. I suddenly had a fainting panic attack where everything got blurry and I thought I was going to pass out.

My breath test came back positive

Till today I have this weird symptoms:

- random lightheadedness/ dizziness

- lightheadedness after smoking a single ciggrette

- feeling of fullness in the upper stomach

- before starting I couldn't sleep

- vibrations and buzzing over the whole body

- hands and feet cold after meal

- extreme lightheadedness after passing stool

- extreme constipation (but with antibiotics it's going well)

- palpitations

- extreme anxiety and panic attacks (manageable after antibiotics)

lightheadedness is like out of body, you are there but not fully controlled.

Its been 2.5 days since I am on antibiotics treatment

- clarithtomycin (500mg) x2 a da

- amoxicillin (1g) x2 a day

- omeprazole 40mg x2 a day
