Carfax concerns

Looking at a used car that was purchased in 2023 for 54k. The car is now being sold for 39k with 15k miles on it. It has had 2 previous owners and was then sold at 2 car auctions. Is any of this concerning? There is no accident or major maintenance concerns reported but the 2 owners and 2 auctions along with the price raises some red flags but I don’t know if I’m just being overly cautious.
