4the removal session, aftercare is a little different

looking for a little advice. my clinic is closed today so I can’t call them. I had my 4th appt yesterday and thought it went well. I’m not in any pain and overall had a pretty normal day yesterday. When I took the wrapping off this morning, in addition to the normal deep redness, the spots that are my most pigmented are swollen (to be expected) but this time they're kind of lumpy? i dont think blisters, they’re not squishy like a blister just bubbled? I haven’t seen this before so I’m just looking for peace of mind that this is normal

the picture is so gross looking so I’m sorry. It’s not oozing, that’s just aloe. Thanks for the advice

they did warn me that with the increasing laser the results may be a little different. and I may start to blister.
