How do you guys study from YouTube live classes?

I’ve been attending online classes on YouTube like ExamWinner, Xylem, Eduport, etc., and I’m a bit confused about the best way to use them effectively.

When you watch live classes (or recorded ones), do you:

• Write down every important point while the class is going on?
• Make short notes after the class ends?
• Just watch carefully and focus without writing much?
• Or pause the video and take detailed notes?

I sometimes feel like I'm wasting my time if I keep writing. But if I just watch, I feel like I won’t remember everything later.

How do you personally handle this? What actually works for you?
