Hi everyone,

I never imagined I would be writing something like this, but we are asking for help for our 5-year-old boxer.

Two weeks ago, completely out of nowhere, he collapsed. He had shown no prior signs that anything was wrong. We rushed him to the ER and were told he likely wouldn’t make it through the night. Hearing those words shattered us.

That was 14 days ago and somehow, he’s still here. Not only is he still here, he’s doing surprisingly well right now. He’s eating, drinking, wagging his tail, and being himself. But we know time is critical.

An ultrasound revealed a large abdominal mass. The first ER told us it was definitely cancer and quoted us $15,000 for surgery. We were devastated. Thankfully, we sought additional opinions. Another clinic told us there is still a chance the mass could be benign but regardless, it needs to be removed because it could rupture at any time.

After many calls and consultations, we finally found a surgeon willing to take his case for around $4,000. Between emergency visits, diagnostics, and multiple vet consultations, we’ve already spent over $3,000 trying to save him. With surgery, recovery, medications, and supplements, we’ve set a goal of $8,000 to cover everything.

Every single dollar raised will go directly toward his surgery, recovery, and the care he needs to give him the best chance at life.

He is only 5 years old. He was given no time yet he’s still fighting. We just want to give him the chance he deserves.

If you’re able to donate or even just share, it would mean the world to us. Truly, every little bit helps.

Thank you for reading and for caring about our boy. 🤍
