Help regarding APS

Hello! i have yet to clear a backlog in my first semester of my bachelors (i have completed all other semesters and got the marksheets) and when i was looking thru the APS documents checklist,there were individual procedures, so it mentioned for my case (candidates still studying bashelors), i need to submit my marksheets of my first year of bachelors (i.e i have to send my 1st sem marksheet)

What should i do now 😭😭
