ISO 2B 1Bath, max $3500

Looking for:

2 bed 1 bath in Astoria, big enough for 3 adults (my husband, my sister, and me).

Move-in date April 1 - May 1.

Max rent $3500. Closer to $3K is better. Under $3K is better still.

Kitchen w/ full size fridge (no mini fridges) and full size oven w/ stove top (no stove w/ toaster oven layouts, please).

Commute time of 45 min or less to UES (been using Lexington Candy Shop as destination).

Dogs welcome. Currently no pets, but sister dogsits from time to time.

Extra bedroom and/or bathroom (eg 2B 1.5Bath, 3B 1Bath)
