Soundcore A30 Tap controls

I've been doing some research and am just about ready to buy some Soundcore A30's for sleeping.

I tried using my current earbuds (BeatsFitPro) for sleeping, but they aren't very comfortable and they kept pausing or turning off the noise canceling, so I want to get some dedicated sleep buds.

I like everything I'm reading about the Souncore A30's, and I like the ability to control things without having to go to the phone app - but I'm worried they will do the same thing sleeping on my side.

My question is - how sensitive are the tap controls? Anyone here with experience with them?
