THE FLYING ALIEN
June 4 2001, Narli, Turkey.
Around 7:00 am on June 4, three villagers, Fevzi Cam, his wife Selma and their friend Ayse Topaloglu were driving their tractor to hoe their tobacco field. Along the way, they saw a strange being standing about 45 feet away in a field. It was walking towards them, but seeing the tractor, stopped and began to walk in the other direction. Fevzi leaped off the tractor and began to chase it. He approached to about 6 feet away and could see that it was about 2 feet tall. It wore a strange “gelatin-like” skintight suit. They could see creases in the suit. Selma said it looked wrinkled and needing ironing. It had black oval-shaped eyes that looked “attached on the suit,” or “drawn on the suit.” He couldn’t see any arms, and the legs appeared joined together. The feet looked rectangular and red in color. There was a red light shining from the top of its head, which was round and wide, and an orange-red light on its abdomen. Fevzi said it looked almost robotic in appearance.
As soon as he got this close, the being floated up into the air 10-20 feet high, or about as high as a tree, all in complete silence. At this point, Fevzi thought he would try to bring down the creature by throwing stones at it so he could examine it more closely. As soon as he thought this, the creature rose even higher, as if it had read his mind. Fevzi quickly bent down and began throwing stones anyway. He threw 4 or 5 stones, but the creature avoided all of them.
FEVZI: “It didn’t have wings or propellors, but it could fly upward.”
Sirius, a Turkish UFO research group, interviewed the witnesses and searched the area for evidence. They found nothing strange in the field, but did discover that two other villagers had seen strange lights in the sky in the same area and the same time as Fevzi’s encounter. Fevzi and the other witnesses were vouched for by those who knew them, including the governor of the village and the town councilor.
Researchers received further confirmation when they discovered that one day later, two security guards at a nearby factory also reported seeing a being of the same description.
