How do your techs and office message each other throughout the day?

I’m doing some research and I’d love your input.

Inside your pest control company, do you use a messaging app for internal team chat? Examples: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, etc.

• If yes: which app do you use, and who uses it (office, techs, managers)?
• If no: what do you use instead? Group text, phone calls, FSM app messages, or something else?

I'm building a tool that helps techs and CSRs get quick answers when they need them most (SOPs, policies, “what do we do in this case?” questions). And I’m just trying to learn what’s common in the real world. Not selling anything in this post. Just doing some research.
