A Support Success Story: Couldn't receive calls while abroad

I've been traveling for the past 8 months and all of a sudden, last week I was unable to receive any phone calls. I was still receiving SMS and RCS messages, just no calls.

I finally decided to open an issue with support today. I chatted with Anika and they walked me through deleting my Fi eSim, recreating it, and rebooting a few times and now things are resolved.

Fi gets a lot of crap here for poor support but my issue today was resolved in about 20 minutes of chatting. And most of that time was setting up the eSim and rebooting a couple of times.
