Lingle sp45/10 lower

Can someone confirm or not if the sp45/10 lingle lower already comes with the over sized bolt release? I ordered one along with the lower the other day, and now I'm being told it already had it installed.

Sent email asking them, and if so to cancel. Feel like a jack wagon.
