Submittin I-751 when on suspended country list.

Has anyone from a country on the suspended country list gotten approval of i751 since january?

Im due to submit my i751 removal of conditions soon, so I'm starting to think about collecting my documents. But my country is on the suspended list. Im still going to submit it, but just want to hear if anyone has any experience with this ans being on the suspended country list. From my research I havent been able to get a clear understanding of whether uscis processing is impacted and specific i751. I havent been a public charge and my household income/job etc will show I'm not at risk.
