Coorporate jobs

hi all my dad is an rov pilot who is looking to switch out of his fly in fly out as its putting too much pressure on his body and he is looking for some more corporate jobs like a 9-5 schedule.

What are some jobs he can do that pay just as well or more he has 20 years of experience as an rov pilot he turns 49 this year.
