Cannot add email account to existing account

Have tried a few times over a few days.

1. I'm logged in, and when trying to add an email to my account, I continue receiving "There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later." (see screengrab)

2. Click Add Username. I click this

get the following "This site is temporarily unavailable" (see screengrab)

3. There is a Login link - click it. Log in and nav to a the point under your info where again you can add an email account. There's a temporary problem with the service. Please try again. If you continue to get this message, try again later."
