Affordable restobars in Singapore for first-time visitors

Hey people,
We’re a group of 5–6 people visiting Singapore for the first time and looking for some affordable places to eat + have a few drinks.

A bit about what we’re looking for:

• Not a full-blown bar/pub scene more of a restaurant scene
• Some of us drink, some don’t, so a mixed setting would be ideal
• Budget: roughly $10–20 SGD per person for food, and drinks in a similar range
• Prefer places that are casual, not too loud, and good for groups.

All recommendations are welcomed, and would love to get more tips/ places to checkout since we're doing a self exploration trip rather than with a tour guide.
