Seeking brand recs- combat

Hi, I'm looking for some help on brand recs for a quality leather boot. I like the look of the thursday coda, but saw their women's line has quality issues. A similar combat is what I'd really like, a balmoral as an alternative might work.

I've checked out redoing and a few others brands mentioned in recent posts, and at the moment I've got bookmarked a redwing silversmith and thursday president, but neither is quite the look i was aiming for. I do have a woder foot, for a woman- but that's usually not an issue in a combat. Any help would be much appreciated, I'm just getting into investing in higher quality shoes.
