Lotte duty free

I realised my passport number and expiry date was wrong after I checked out.

Messaged them and have updated my passport info but have yet to receive a reply / update status. Unable to cancel my items too as it is in transit.

Has anyone faced the same issue? Are they able to change my passport details on the spot if not in time? My flight is in 2 days time.
