Need information on recovering account back

I claimed gta 5 from epic games in 2020 and never played it at all

my account was hacked at some point in time and I just managed to get my epic games account back and got to see that a hacker or someone else linked their rockstar games account to my epic games account

already sent a lot of tickets to rockstar support but keep getting rejected help due to lack of info or due to security reasons as well as the support not knowing what my issue is about 💀

I want to know if anyone here ever faced anything of this sort if so help me by giving me tips to help convince R* support to fix my issue and get the fraud R* acc unlinked
