What’s going on?

I’m 17F. About a month ago I went Gp cause I had the constant urgency to go pee, fever at night once (& some pain in the centre of my chest with not being able to breath deep enough sometimes but didn’t mention that, IK stupid.) She does urine strip test & tells me it’s UTI. Ok antibiotics for 3 days. Get overall better, no more fever, yay. Still random pain in centre of my chest esp at night and breathing not deep enough sometimes but nothing serious. Couple weeks later I noticed the urgency to go pee was still there (but not as bad as initially). Oh no great go Gp again. She says hmm it’s probably your bladder still irritated, it’ll go away, another strip test, she says no UTI. Told her about the chest pain and not being able to breathe deep enough, AND how I now have pain in random places like the sides of my waist, and just specific place around my lower abdomen. The pain is random and does not get worse by putting pressure on it. She just sweeps it under the rug and says nothing. Amazing. Couple weeks later idk how long I’ve lost track of time, urgency doesn’t go away and now I have this achy pain all over my body when I move, specifically my back. Also got this thick mucus on the back of my throat??. I go again, they make me see a paramedic instead of doctor, he does strip test and says no nitrites but leukocytes there. Prescribes antibiotics again. Says I’ll see a female Gp next week. Yesterday I had a look at the back of my throat and there are these subtle small bumps that are not white. I just woke up with my throat hurting and feeling like a sensitive slab of meat. Yay can’t wait to live like this till next week!!! What going on, no one seems to know?
