Lexapro and breast growth??

I started on 5mg on Lexapro in October 2025 and eventually went up to 15mg in November 2025. Anyways, it’s been a total of about 5mo since I started this med.

My breasts have grown from a 32C to well over a D, maybe even DD.

I have had a bit of weight gain too, about 10lbs. My breasts just hurt ALL THE TIME. And I am getting really tired of buying new bras 😭

Does the growth ever stop while you’re on the medication? Or am I doomed

It’s also just really tender and sore all the time, super uncomfortable.
