North Florida Lawn Grass Recommendations

I am planning on redoing the landscaping in my backyard before the summer and I am trying to figure out what type of grass to choose. Right now my backyard is just a big dirt pit.

The type of grass I am looking for needs to be able to withstand heavy traffic (extra large/high energy dog zoomies). It also needs to be able to grow in a mostly shaded area; the area the grass will be in is mostly shaded but does get direct sunlight for a few hours a day.

I live in north Florida (Big Bend region/hardiness zone 9a). If the grass is not super high maintenance that would be a huge plus. What kind of grass would be best for my yard?
