Help with levels

I've been anemic before and have had infusions. Tablets do not work for me, they never have and just make me feel worse.

I've recently had an iron levels blood test. The doctor's office closest to me is not great but it was good for a quick blood form request. They have not told me the results just that 'everything is fine' but that doesn't solve my symptoms.

I'm really confused with the ferritin and Iron because apparently I'm not currently experiencing iron deficiency but I feel like I am. I'd just like some help understanding what each means please because nobody's ever explained it to me before.

Ferritin: 114 range: 30-300 unit ug/L
Iron: 14 range: 9-30 unit: umol/L
Transferrin: 25 range: 23-46 unit: umol/L
Transferrin saturation: 28 range: 13-45 unit %
