What are the cheapest Nepali guides for climbing mountains/ are there any ways of mitigating the cost?

I.e. volunteering for a season of work (not sure what that would look like I'm sure the sherpas have it pretty well dialed) and receiving a discount for next years cost (haha).. I know that exists in the racing world..
