Why did my ability to write disappear and how to get it back?

I’m 34M. Been writing since I was 7. Wrote prodigiously, especially in my teens: scripts, teleplays, poems, short stories and two rough draft novels.

I always especially used poetry as a way of expressing myself and getting out my emotions. Then I became homeless because a friend betrayed me (long story). I wasn’t homeless for long but something broke inside of me. I eventually wrote a few more stories but idk, the ideas are there, but the fire is flickering. Have I just been through trauma I’m not coping with? How can I “get back my mojo?”

I miss writing so much.
