Crow enemies?

So I've recently discovered that an owls' feathers aren't waterproof unlike many birds. So when an owl hunts a crow during the night, the crow mafia shows up during the day, and the crows usually chase owls toward or around bodies of water (lakes, large pools, oceans, etc.) to make the owls get tired until they fall into the water because apparently for an owl falling into a body of water is a death sentence.

But my main question is, if a person sees the owl struggling to survive swimming around in the water and the person goes ahead and helps the owl would this person now become an enemy of the crows?

how about this person has also been feeding the crows for months now?

will the crows simply ignore the person helping the owl?
