PPI Reaction?

Hello,

I was on PPI for a month to cure a stomach infection that caused my GERD. I don’t want to jinx it but it worked and I’m off PPIs. I have been off them for about 2 weeks now and I am experiencing (according to Google) fungal reaction or delayed skin irritation to the meds. Is this normal? It’s slightly itchy but mostly uncomfortable. It’s around my mouth and forehead. Any tips? Sorry if this is the wrong area to post.
