Breast Growth on HRT?

I am about to start HRT (mtf) and I was wondering how much breast growth to expect. 6ft 19m, with a close female relative who has G cups.

Is it unrealistic to expect they will grow larger than D's?

I know that genetics is a fairly major determining factor in maximum size but I wanted to know if anyone else has any scientific or personal experience.
