How does s1 Cipher compare to Tribbie or RMC?

I exclusively run Herta with either Tribbie or RMC however, AA is forcing me to move around my supports more than ever and I'm starting to consider Cipher with Herta.

I couldn't find much on this, so I want to know how exactly does an e0s1 Cipher compare to e0s0 Tribbie or RMC. Is she worse by a lot? Could she be better in environment with less targets? She bypasses a lot of janky boss mechanics is that any useful for Herta?

My Herta is e2s1 and Anaxa is e0s1, I play her quite mindlessly so I've never had to consider this before.
