Finally got a job offer- is this a red flag?

Compensation

I’ve been job searching for a full time permanent role for 4 years. The degree didn’t help neither did the transferable skills. Finally after taking 3 temp jobs in the field it gave me enough of an edge to get a full time role.

Last week, I got two offers! One was with a good company that offered 10k more and would require a 4.5 hour move. Smaller company, great culture but very few opportunities for mobility due fo not many job postings.

Then came offer 2,it was for a bigger company, remote so I wouldn’t have to move. Lots of job postings and areas to move into. Onto the red flag. This job seemed like shocked I didn’t immediately accept. We discussed the other offer that’s 10k higher and asked if ther would be any wiggle room. She checked and within the hour she took me no. It is exactly that. There was also no enable for this role, it was just one number. This has me Abir scared for the future with raised. This company seems to be a numbers cruncher. I accepted job 2. But I can’t help thinking about how stingy they are not to even offer 1k more. They’re way bigger than company 1. Is this like a red g flag?
