Been attempting to purchase Redwing coveralls for 3 weeks now. I have called 2 local stores, physically been to 1 location & also called 2 headquarters (TX/MN). Redwing, as some of you know, does not sell its coveralls direct to consumer. Some of you might be saying “just give it up dork”, but I don’t think you work for a living if you’re saying that. I’ve worn redwing coveralls in the oilfield, they are THE BEST COVERALL EVER, BAR NONE. I paid $300 for 2 bulwark coveralls & I am so, so disappointed.
The man I spoke with inside the Lake Charles location (never once told me his name) was a complete ASSHOLE. I was trying on Dynaforces to figure out which size was best & he was being a smartass. Tried to TRICK me twice by bringing me size D boots when I specifically asked for EE. My pinky toe still hurts. So I decide to have an 8 EE pair ordered (wanted H but he refused to back down), before he does that I ask about the coveralls (I had been calling) he realized it was ME and rolled his fucking eyes in my face. Said he’d ask some corporate people on Monday while they were there, but i almost certainly wasn’t ever getting those coveralls. I told him I’d pull the trigger on the boots when I get my answer on the coveralls on Monday.
Can anyone help me here, or maybe just confirm that the lake Charles location is evil? I really want these coveralls more than anything, I don’t even like redwing boots. I prefer Carolina. I’ve been a redwing customer for abt 5 years & this has just abt ruined it.
Sorry for the rant. Best boot I’ve ever had was the 4499 TruWelt btw. (Too hot tho)

Redwing is not being cool
