PS4 Controller registered as an xbox controller *Need Help

Originally the ds4windows once detect my controller but now it suddenly does not detects anymore. So, I tried to use inputmapper and still does not work but when I switched it to xbox from its settings, it works. I have this controller for over a year now and it weird to have xbox controls using ps4 controls. The only driver missing is the detection verification, I think it's not relevant to the problem.

I have tried everything from its driver, alternative softwares, tinkering. Now, I'm stumped. Any suggestions?
