Switching from android to IOS

Recently switched from an android phone to an iphone and after i signed in with my account which is linked to facebook it made a whole new one, linked facebook to it and unlinked my og account from facebook even though that was NOT what I clicked. I switched devices two times before, from android to another android, never had problems before. Does anyone know if I am able to get my account back?
