Custom Bases

Anyone know of someone that builds custom bases? Something similar to https://www.home-barista.com/levers/pimped-la-pavoni-lever-t27224.html is something I had in mind. I prefer the look and a little extra weight might be good. Alternatively, CAD specs or something similar I can have a local metal shop machine for me I'd also be interested in.
