Acceptable ping for playing the game properly

Hello. I am new to the game and was wondering if 100ish ping is playable. I'm on the Asia server, and I'd rather refund the game if I am not able to play it properly. I'd really appreciate it if anyone could provide any sort of input regarding the matter.
