Resident evil 9 - Files not showing as marked PS5

Sorry if this has been discussed, can't see it.

I've got two files (library card and scavenger hunt 2) not showing up as marked in collectibles, despite picking them up/examining etc, tried closing and re-opening, reloading without success.

Has anyone had something similar? Really wanted to get them all done in one playthrough!

Going to try and continue going forward then come back will update

Edit - this was me being foolish, once you've collected a file the order changes in the collectibles section.
