Anybody know how I can reach out to heylog or people on his staff ? I ordered a hoodie from his shop for one my friends as a birthday gift and I still haven't received the hoodie(ordered since October last year), I tried through email I got from the site pvrkxo@gmail.com. they replied like twice saying they're gonna fix the order but have gone radio silent since like December at this point I just want a refund
