When do I start rearranging my monsters?

I used to have an old msm account which I had good stuff on, but I quit and lost the acc. I made a new one 2 weeks ago and it's already on good progress. When do I start rearranging my monsters? Currently, my monster placements are in one place since it's for the happiness for​ farming coins. Any suggestions?
