How much is the preferable starting money when starting a life in Manila?

Problem/Goal: For ₱150k, Will that get me... an apartment to rent and a desktop pc for work from home in Manila??

Context: I decided to leave my province and move to Manila to see what I can make of myself there, I know I might get comments saying I shouldn't and that it's more expensive there but I've made up my mind.

I'm writing this because I want to know how much I need to start a life there... I've saved up to ₱150k so far.

I already have online work right now so I'm basically just relocating.
