Does anything happen to RAM and SSD after mobo short.

Please don't ask me how this happened, you will probably know it how. Why mobo shorted. My question here is will this do anything bad to the RAM and SSD , that it won't be used in the future. Yeah i didn't see anything black or brown in the RAM and the SSD. And and also will 2666 mhz mobo accepts 3200 mhz RAM.
