How big of a bottleneck is my i7 7700k for my RTX 3070?

Got a 3070 very cheap from a friend and replaced my 1080. But I think my old i7 7700k is not up to the task. How big of a problem is it and what CPU and RAM should I aim for if I want to upgrade my PC to match the GPU?
