How much coffee ground being left inside is normal? [Baratza Encore ESP]

Whenever I clean my encore there is quite some coffee ground coming out of it, must me multiple Grams….

When grinding coffee I also notice the amount coming out is sometimes 0.4g less ran I put in, sometimes even 0.3 more…

Is this normal for a budget grinder or is there something wrong with mine? I clean it every 2-3 weeks. Making around 1 r 2 coffees a day.
