Looking for remote education to help in job hunt after broken ankle

I have recently fractured my ankle and will be pretty much housebound for around 6 months. Full recovery could be up to a year.

I work in marketing (primarily social media, photo editing, video editing, copywriting) and prior to this I had been thinking a lot about how AI may impact this field going forward. I work remotely, so I’ll luckily still be employed during this time period, but I’m thinking about getting some sort of training or certification that could help me in getting a job down the road that may not be eliminated by AI.

Does anyone have ideas of something I could complete remotely?
