Should I get one of the two games?

Hey,

so I finished Pokemon shield yesterday for the first time and im now thinking about getting one of those two , the only thing holding me back are the things that I heared and saw

bugs, awful graphics, glitches etc etc

but I also heared that with the switch 2 version it got alot better.

So how are the games now ? still a buggy mess or is it playable?

and besides that , how is the game in general?

Is it the classic pokemon game where you go from gym to gym or is it different?

How much dialoque is there? ( I mostly just wanna play the game and dont care for the story)
