Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) → Abu Dhabi (AUH)

Flight was cancelled due to regional airspace disruption.

All the information below was provided by Etihad ground staff at KLIA, so I’m not sure if it’s identical for people departing from other airports or transiting via AUH.

💰 Refund outcome

My ticket was a round trip with one segment unused, and I received a refund for the unused portion.

Refund will be returned to the original form of payment.
