Coyote Brown Boots Help

Hello, I recently got the new blouse and pants from my CAP squadron and I was wondering where I can get the coyote brown boots at the lowest price. Also, I need to get the accoutrements and hat. Any suggestions to save money? Vanguard is so expensive. Thank you!
